Board of Directors
Paul Marshall Paul Marshall was born and raised in Missouri Valley, Iowa. He graduated from Missouri Valley High School in 1967. Following graduation he attended Iowa State University. He put his education on hold to serve his country in the US Navy during the Viet Nam War. After his honorable discharge from the Navy he attended Iowa Western Community College. Paul began his career with the Woodbine Municipal Natural Gas System in 1973, becoming superintendent in 1978. He was promoted to Director of Public Works in the early 1980’s. He has been a member of the Gas Safety Committee for many years. Paul is past chairman of Northern Municipal Distributors Group. He is active in the Woodbine Kiwanis, serving a term as President. He is a member of the Harrison County Landfill Commission. Paul and his wife Nancy reside in Woodbine. They have two grown children, and two granddaughters. Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.
